This year LAH will be selecting five members to take along to experience VASCON 4 in Washington, D.C.  These lucky five members will have half their flight and rooming paid for (courtesy of Lend A Hand).  To all members who are interested in attending, please email Huyen no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, February 25, 2008.

In order to qualify to attend VASCON 4, there will be a screening process which consist of an interview with the Board of Directors and a mandatory orientation that you MUST attend.  Please be reminded that VASCON 4 is a national conference.  This event is not a mini-vacation.  Members who get selected will have assignments and are expected to be in their BEST behavior.  We are very selective in picking out the best qualified candidates.  DO NOT take this screening process lightly.  Treat this screening process as a job interview.

In addition, we will be flying out Friday afternoon so please do not be discourage if you have school or classes that day.  For more information about VASCON 4, please visit www.vasconlove.org.
